Pineapple Pete Restaurant - St Maarten...
If you are
looking for a 'one-stop-shop' then (on St Maarten) it would have to be
Pineapple Pete's for lunch or
dinner. It's another great spot in the Simpson Bay area.
Pineapple Pete offers the best of St Maarten's day and night
life.
It's nestled right in between two other competing restaurants, and
this home grown substitute for your mother's kitchen captures the hearts
of both visitors and locals like myself. In fact Pineapple Pete
is so popular during the busy season (December - April) that you
may have to compete for a seat.
So,
plan ahead and make a booking.
Personally, Pineapple Pete's is real convenient for me, in the
sense of being able to scoot across the road after my meal and run
straight into the casino across the street. Pineapple Pete comes alive
when the sun sets. Numerous bands perform every night and they
take turns to get the patrons up on their feet, in the 'groove' and
dancing.
Pineapple Pete Restaurant - Food, Drinks
and Pool...
And, adjacent to the dining area you'll find a room fully equipped
with pool tables and a bar. In comparison to many other
restaurants on the island Pineapple Pete's has a lot of space for its
patrons to mingle in. And, let's not forget about the variety of
food available at Pineapple Pete's. Indulge yourself with Lobster
Thermidor, Crab stuffed Shrimp, Herb Crusted Lamb, Stuffed Grouper,
Salmon Lasagna. There's a lot of delicious fare to choose from
on the Pineapple Pete menu.
All in all I rate this St Maarten restaurant 10 on a scale of 1-10.
Drew the Manager there is a great friend of mine. So, in the highly
unlikely event that you have a problem at Pineapple Pete's just ask for
Drew, and mention the website. He'll sort matters out for you.
Enjoy Pineapple Pete's, I do.
