When ever I want a great up scale restaurant I head on over to L'escargot....By the way, L'escargot is the French word for snail.

At first glance you don't know what to expect but the minute you walk through the doors you're immediately transformed from one world to another.

The lighting and decor on the inside boasts a good combination of french and caribbean theam.

The place is so cosy that often you may peer through the window and be reminded that you're not sitting in a restaurant somewhere in Paris.

I love to think that I get the best of both worlds when I visit there.

THE CABERET - Non-stop entertainment...

L'escargo offers a dinner and caberet show every Friday evening starting at 9:00 PM just after dinner.

Anyone looking for a great dinner with entertainment with a difference must try out this GEM.

The performers are extremely entertaining and interactive with the audiance.

It's almost as though you're right on stage with them.

Don't be concerned about your meal being disturbed. The staff makes sure that you've eaten and nothing is rushed.

All tables are then cleared off and nothing remains except the drinks of course, and then the show begins.

Another good reason to visit L'escargot on Friday is for the delicious set main course of Duck, Steak or Fish.

This is certainly one place that gets thumbs up from me. There is never a dull moment for me at L'escargot.

I can't wait to get back and who knows... Maybe I'll see you there too.
